We Build Mobile Solutions That Actually Work

Started in 2019, FlowTransferMesh came from a simple frustration. Too many businesses in Phnom Penh were stuck with cookie-cutter apps that didn't fit what they actually needed. We thought there had to be a better way.

So we started small. Just three of us in a shared office space, taking on projects that bigger agencies wouldn't touch. The weird ones. The complicated ones. The "is this even possible?" ones.

Turns out, that's where we do our best work. When someone comes to us with a problem that doesn't have an off-the-shelf solution, that's when things get interesting.

How We Got Here

1

2019 - The Beginning

Three developers, one mission: stop building apps that clients tolerate and start building ones they actually want to use. We took a pay cut to make it happen. Our families thought we were nuts.

2

2021 - First Big Break

A local logistics company gave us a chance on a delivery tracking system. They'd tried two other developers before us. It took us four months of late nights, but we built something that actually solved their dispatch headaches. They're still our client today.

3

2023 - Growing Pains

Hired our first non-developer. Linnea joined to handle client relationships because, honestly, we were drowning in emails. Moved to a real office. Started turning down projects that didn't fit what we're good at.

4

2025 - Where We Stand

Team of twelve now. Still selective about projects. Still doing the complicated stuff that makes other developers nervous. And we're planning to expand our testing capabilities later this year because quality matters more than speed.

What Matters to Us

Honest Timelines

We'd rather tell you it'll take three months and deliver in two, than promise six weeks and miss the deadline. Been on the receiving end of broken promises too many times to do that to someone else.

Real Communication

You'll talk to the people actually writing your code. No account managers translating everything. If something's not working or needs to change, you hear it from us directly.

Local Understanding

We get the Cambodian market because we live here. Internet connectivity issues, payment system preferences, how people actually use their phones. This stuff matters when you're building something people will use every day.

Long-Term Thinking

We build apps that can grow with your business. Sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how many developers just want to finish the project and move on. We stick around for the updates, the fixes, the "hey, can we add this?" conversations.
